Category 3 blackwater is a health hazard, not a cleaning job. Our Sewage Cleanup crews arrive in full PPE and follow IICRC S500 protocol from the first step, not just the parts that are convenient.

Containment goes up before extraction starts, because the goal isn't just removing the water, it's making sure contamination doesn't spread into rooms that were never affected.
We'd rather explain the sewage cleanup process clearly upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
These four things matter together, not in isolation — certification, speed, honest pricing, and the right equipment are what actually change the outcome of a sewage cleanup call.
S500 governs PPE, containment, and disposal on every Category 3 call we take.
The affected area gets isolated before removal starts to prevent cross-contamination.
Disposal records are provided as part of your job file.
We treat contamination emergencies with urgency, since delay raises exposure risk.
We don't treat sewage cleanup as a single generic task — each piece of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Classification determines PPE level and which materials must be removed, not left to guesswork.
Extraction happens under full PPE with controlled disposal of the contaminated water.
Carpet, pad, and drywall that contacted blackwater are removed rather than dried in place.
Every surface touched by contaminated water gets treated with hospital-grade antimicrobial solution.
Odor gets addressed through disinfection and controlled airflow, not masked with fragrance.
The space gets verified against a safe standard before we call the job complete.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified sewage cleanup result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Sewage Cleanup jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
These reviews come from real sewage cleanup calls, not a curated highlight reel.
"Basement bathroom backup got full PPE handling and a clear explanation of why certain materials had to go."
Genevieve K., Eva"Main line backup hit our laundry room and they explained exactly why the flooring couldn't be saved."
Silas D., Eva"They handled contamination classification and disposal paperwork for our insurance claim without us even having to ask."
Ines M., Eva"Full containment meant we could reopen the rest of the dining room the same evening."
Bartholomew F., EvaThese are the questions we hear most often about sewage cleanup, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our sewage cleanup coverage spans 38333, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Eva address isn't treated as a lower priority for sewage cleanup.
Service boundaries are based on realistic response time, not an arbitrary line on a map.
